Motivation
Threes are masters of the winnable game: they read what a room rewards and become it. The engine underneath is a belief that worth must be earned through performance — which fuels extraordinary results and a quiet terror of being exposed as ordinary.
Being worthless — a failure with no value apart from achievement.
To be valuable, admired, and successful.
Under stress: Stressed Threes collapse into unhealthy Nine passivity: disengaged, listless, and suddenly unable to care about the goals that used to define them.
In growth: Growing Threes move toward healthy Six energy: loyalty to something beyond their image, and the discovery that commitment outperforms applause.
